Welcome to iceByte.io! We are pleased to provide you with our fullstack development services on a subscription basis. Before using our services, please review the following terms and conditions, which outline the agreement between you (the "Subscriber" or "you") and iceByte.io ("iceByte," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Subscription Plans

Service Plans: iceByte.io offers two distinct development service plans, both paid via Stripe with automatic monthly renewal:

• Frontend Plan ($2,995/month): Includes one active task at a time, landing pages, UI/UX component design, frontend development, and the ability to cancel anytime.
• Full Stack Plan ($3,995/month): Includes everything in the Frontend Plan, plus unlimited projects, API design, mobile app development, MacOS app development, SDK development, and AI workflow automations.

Refund Policy

Partial Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription. We will issue a 75% refund for both Frontend and Full Stack plans during this period. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day satisfaction window.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Automatic Renewal: Both Frontend and Full Stack Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your Stripe customer portal account by clicking the sign in button in the navigation bar.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. For Stripe subscriptions, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for remaining periods.

Service Usage

Acceptable Use: Subscribers are expected to use our fullstack development services for their intended purpose. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in subscription termination.

Ownership of Source Code

Source Code Ownership: All source code created on the client's behalf belongs to the client. The client is responsible for any materials provided to iceByte.io for incorporation into their project.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the provision of services. Disclosure to third parties requires written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: iceByte.io provides services "as-is" without warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from service usage.

Changes to Terms

Updates: iceByte.io reserves the right to update these terms at anytime. Subscribers will be notified of material changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.
